INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAMME
Panther Productions works with a small network of trusted hospitality professionals who introduce venues and support entertainment partnerships across Dubai and the UAE.
INTRO
Panther Productions works with a carefully selected network of Industry Representatives who introduce venues and support entertainment partnerships across Dubai and the UAE.
This programme allows hospitality professionals with strong industry connections to generate commission by introducing venues and helping develop long-term entertainment relationships.
Industry Representatives act as a bridge between venues and Panther Productions, helping identify opportunities and maintain relationships while Panther Productions manages bookings, artists and operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Panther Productions supplies curated DJs, live musicians and performers to venues and events across the UAE.
This includes:
• hotels
• beach clubs
• restaurants and lounges
• nightlife venues
• corporate events
• private events and brand activations
Industry Representatives introduce venues and help maintain ongoing relationships with those venues.
The role is commission-based, with strong earning potential for individuals already connected within the hospitality or events industry. No salary or visa is provided, making the programme best suited to individuals with existing industry networks.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Industry Representatives may receive up to 50% of the Panther Productions agency commission on bookings introduced through their venue relationships, depending on the level of involvement in developing and maintaining the venue relationship.
Example:
DJ booking fee: AED 4,000
Agency commission: AED 1,000
Industry Representative: AED 500
Panther Productions: AED 500
Commission percentages may vary depending on the level of involvement in developing and maintaining the venue relationship.
Commission payments are issued once Panther Productions has received payment from the venue.
ONGOING VENUE RELATIONSHIPS
If an Industry Representative introduces a venue and continues to actively manage the relationship with that venue, the agreed commission share will remain in place for ongoing bookings and residencies arranged through Panther Productions.
Commission applies only while the Industry Representative remains actively involved in maintaining the venue relationship.
This includes:
• regular DJ bookings
• weekly or monthly residencies
• guest DJ bookings
• live musicians and performers
• additional entertainment booked through Panther Productions
Industry Representatives act as the main venue contact while Panther Productions manages bookings, artist coordination and logistics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• introduce new venues to Panther Productions
• maintain relationships with venue management
• communicate venue booking requirements
• support ongoing venue partnerships
• provide feedback and updates from venues
VENUE APPROVAL
Before approaching a venue on behalf of Panther Productions, Industry Representatives must confirm with Panther Productions that the venue is not already an existing client or active contact.
IF VENUE MANAGEMENT CHANGES
If an Industry Representative introduces a venue but later stops actively managing the relationship with that venue, Panther Productions may take over direct management of the account.
In this situation the Industry Representative will receive 25% of the agency commission for future bookings connected to that venue.
IMPORTANT REPRESENTATION CLAUSE
All venues introduced through the Panther Productions Industry Representative Programme are considered Panther Productions accounts.
Bookings for DJs, musicians or performers supplied through Panther Productions must continue to be arranged through Panther Productions.
Industry Representatives may not bypass Panther Productions to arrange entertainment bookings directly with venues or artists introduced through the programme.
NON-CIRCUMVENTION
Industry Representatives agree not to bypass Panther Productions when arranging entertainment bookings for venues introduced through the Panther Productions Industry Representative Programme.
Any DJs, musicians or performers introduced through Panther Productions must continue to be booked through Panther Productions for that venue.
This applies to:
• DJ bookings
• live musicians
• performers
• residencies
• guest bookings
• event entertainment
Panther Productions reserves the right to discontinue partnerships where these terms are not respected.
All venue relationships introduced through this programme remain the property of Panther Productions.

This programme is best suited to individuals with strong connections within:
• hospitality venues
• beach clubs and restaurants
• nightlife venues
• event agencies
• corporate hospitality teams
Candidates who already work within the hospitality or events industry are typically best placed to introduce new venue opportunities.
