Managing Partner – Samuel Graham
Samuel Graham is a highly experienced hospitality professional with over three decades of operational experience across London and Dubai.
Having held senior roles within some of the region's most recognised venues and hospitality groups, Samuel brings a deep understanding of venue operations, team performance and guest experience.
Samuel brings a 'venue-first' mentality to Panther Productions. Known for his direct, results-driven leadership, Samuel's background isn't just in music and entertainment; it's in the DNA of hospitality.
Having steered some of the industry's most recognised venues, he understands that a DJ or live performer is only as effective as the operational strategy behind them.
Samuel moves beyond simple talent booking to offer holistic entertainment consultancy, aligning music, energy, and guest experience with the commercial goals that leading hospitality groups deserve.
Founder & CEO – Clifford Williams
Clifford Williams, also known as CN, is the founder and CEO of Panther Productions, a boutique entertainment agency based in Dubai specialising in curated DJs, live musicians and performers for venues, brands and private events.
With more than 30 years of experience across music, events and hospitality, Clifford brings a unique perspective to entertainment programming. His career spans DJing, record production, marketing and event development, giving him a deep understanding of how music, atmosphere and performance shape unforgettable experiences.
Known within the hospitality industry for his resourcefulness and deep understanding of venues, Clifford brings a rare combination of musical knowledge and operational experience to entertainment programming.
Alongside his work in events and marketing, Clifford has built a long-standing career in music as DJ and producer CN Williams, releasing music internationally and performing at venues and festivals around the world. This background gives Panther Productions a genuine connection to the artists and performers it represents.
Today, Panther Productions works with a carefully curated roster of DJs, musicians and performers, supplying entertainment and programming for luxury venues, hospitality brands and private events across the UAE.

Talent & Events Partner – Roni John
Roni John brings over 28 years of experience across Dubai’s nightlife, events and entertainment industry, with a background that spans DJing, production, show calling and large-scale event delivery.
Born and raised in Dubai, he has been part of the city’s growth from its early nightlife scene through to the high-level hospitality and event landscape it is today.
His experience covers everything from bars and nightclubs to corporate events, international sporting events and large-scale productions, giving him a complete understanding of both the creative and operational sides of the industry.
This allows him to approach every project with a practical, solutions-led mindset, ensuring concepts translate effectively into real-world execution.
At Panther Productions, Roni focuses on venue relationships, concept development and talent bookings, working closely with clients to align entertainment with both audience and commercial objectives.
His local knowledge, industry network and ability to understand what works in each space make him a key part of the Panther Partner network in Dubai.
