Sweet Chilli Jam is a Dubai based four piece live band known for exceptional versatility, high energy performances and an extensive repertoire spanning decades of music.

Formed from core members of the former South African cover and tribute band White Rabbit, the band came together in 2011 before relocating to the UAE. Their ability to move effortlessly between musical styles quickly established Sweet Chilli Jam on the Middle East entertainment scene, leading to an early five star hotel residency at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi and a growing portfolio of performances across the region.

Each member brings more than 16 years of live performance experience, creating a polished and highly professional show built around strong musicianship, engaging vocals and genuine crowd interaction. The four piece line up features Martin Jacobs on drums, Freddy Unaputty on bass guitar, alongside vocalists Alisha Vickers and Johan du Plooy.

With a repertoire of more than 200 songs, Sweet Chilli Jam can tailor performances to suit everything from sophisticated hospitality environments and acoustic sessions to packed brunches, corporate events and full scale party sets. Their repertoire crosses Pop, Rock, Disco, R&B, Reggae, Latin, Blues, Hip Hop, Country and more, with music spanning classic favourites through to contemporary crowd pleasers.

The band has also developed popular tribute performances celebrating iconic artists including Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, Metallica and Nirvana, demonstrating both their musical range and ability to deliver specialist themed entertainment.

Their reputation has taken them throughout the Middle East, including performances for US Air Force bases in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Jordan and Qatar. In 2017, Sweet Chilli Jam was invited to take up a residency at Dubai's iconic Barasti Beach, further establishing the band as a recognised name within the UAE live entertainment scene.
