Jay Barker

International DJ & Producer | House, Balearic & Ibiza

With more than 25 years behind the decks, Jay Barker is an international DJ and producer whose career spans the UK club scene, Ibiza, Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East.

Having spent 12 years living and performing in Ibiza, Jay developed his career at the heart of one of the world's most influential electronic music destinations. His Ibiza history includes appearances and long-term associations with some of the island's most recognised venues and club brands, alongside extensive international touring.

Jay's sound is rooted in House music, moving through Balearic, Deep House and Tech House with an emphasis on groove, vocal energy and crowd connection. Rather than following a fixed formula, his sets are built around the venue, atmosphere and audience, allowing him to move naturally from sophisticated sunset and terrace sessions into energetic late-night dancefloors.

His career has seen him perform for major international club brands including Carl Cox's Revolution at Space Ibiza, We Love Sundays at Space, Pukka Up, Cream, Ministry of Sound, Sankeys, Eden Ibiza, Garlands, Miss Moneypenny's and Plastik Ibiza.

Residencies have played a major part in Jay's career, including an eight-year summer residency at Plastik Ibiza, a three-year association with Sankeys Manchester, residency connections with Mission Leeds and Insomnia, and a winter residency at Dubai's 360 Degrees.

His international touring history includes work with In Bed With Space, Ibiza Uncovered, Miami Music Conference and Marbella Unleashed, alongside performances throughout the UK and Ireland, Ibiza, Dubai, Thailand, the USA, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

Across his career, Jay has appeared on event line-ups featuring some of electronic music's most recognised artists, including Carl Cox, David Guetta, Pete Tong, Roger Sanchez, Paul Oakenfold, Groove Armada, Disclosure, Sven Väth, Steve Lawler, Sandy Rivera and Judge Jules.

Beyond the DJ booth, Jay is an established music producer with 12+ releases across international labels, with his music available through Beatport, Spotify, Apple Music, Traxsource, Deezer and other global music platforms.

His career has also extended into radio and broadcasting, including a weekly show on FADE Ibiza Radio and a two-year presence on Radio 1 UAE.

Now based in Dubai, Jay brings more than two decades of international club culture, Ibiza experience and music knowledge to clubs, beach clubs, terraces, hotels, festivals, corporate events and premium private events across the UAE and internationally.

Jay Barker is available for bookings in Dubai, across the UAE and internationally through Panther Productions.
