Avidbold, the alias of Dubai born Ahmad Hijjawi, is a DJ, producer and audio engineer with nearly two decades of experience shaping the electronic music scene across Jordan and the wider region.

Known for his refined musical depth and dynamic range, he has played a significant role in developing the House and underground electronic landscape in Amman before returning to Dubai in 2018 to continue expanding his sound.

His career includes appearances at major regional festivals such as Sandbox Festival, Distant Heat, Chill O’posite, Vortex Open Air and Creamfields, alongside performances at respected venues including Groove on the Grass, Duck Soup, Ibiza Global Radio Beach Festival and Moe’s on the 5th.

Equally comfortable on large open air stages and intimate club dancefloors, Avidbold delivers immersive sets that prioritise musical progression and atmosphere.
 

His sound blends Jazz, Disco, Soul and Funk influences into House, Deep House, Deep Tech and Minimal, creating a sophisticated yet dancefloor focused experience.

Comfortable performing extended all night sets, he builds journeys that evolve naturally rather than relying on short format peaks, making him particularly suited to serious club programming and festival environments.
