Splash, a brand-new 80s & 90s themed sky pool brunch, officially launches at Dusk Terrace, Radisson Blu Dubai Media City, on Saturday 29th. Designed to bring nostalgic energy to Dubai’s weekend scene, Splash combines retro music, unlimited food and drinks, and rooftop poolside vibes into one standout Saturday brunch experience.
The weekly event runs every Saturday from 2PM to 5PM and features a curated menu of unlimited small plates, including favourites such as braised beef short rib, peri peri chicken wings, tempura prawns, chicken Caesar salad, deep-fried Brie, waffles with chocolate sauce, and tiramisu bites. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
